We only collect the data we need to provide and improve the service: - **Account data:** name, email address and phone number when you sign up or are invited. - **Partial lead information:** when you start the eligibility funnel before creating an account, we temporarily save your first name, last name, phone number, date of birth, language and entry source, linked to a session identifier, so we can follow up if you do not finish. - **Verification data:** date of birth and aggregated financial information obtained through our banking partner, when you connect your bank account. - **Usage data:** pages visited, features used and technical logs, collected through analytics and advertising tools. - **Communication data:** emails and support exchanges. We never store your bank login credentials. Authentication is handled securely by our regulated open-banking provider. ## 3\. Why do we process your data? We process your data for the following purposes: - To create and manage your account. - To follow up with users who started an eligibility file but did not complete their account, where they provided contact details. - To generate income and eligibility attestations for real-estate applications. - To share requested documents securely with the agency you authorise. - To analyse and improve the website (Google Analytics). - To measure and optimise our advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads). - To comply with legal and regulatory obligations. ## 4\. Legal basis Processing is based on the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in securing and improving the service, compliance with legal obligations, and, where required, your consent (for example for marketing cookies or advertising tracking). For partial leads, processing is based on our legitimate interest in helping users complete their eligibility file and, where you have consented, for direct marketing. ## 5\. Who has access to your data? Your data is processed by HALOBAN PARTNERS and by the following carefully selected service providers: - **BridgeAPI** | for secure bank account connection and aggregation. - **Google Analytics** | for audience measurement and website statistics. - **Google Ads** | for advertising performance measurement. - **Meta Ads** | for advertising performance measurement. - **Cloudflare** and **Supabase** | for hosting, security and data storage within the European Union. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data only when required by law or to protect our rights. ## 6\. How long do we keep your data? - **Account data:** kept for the duration of your account and up to 3 years after closure, unless a longer period is required by law. - **Partial leads:** kept for a maximum of 90 days, or converted into account data and retained under the “Account data” period if you complete your registration. - **Verification reports:** kept for 12 months from the date of generation. - **Banking data:** refreshed on each connection; historical aggregated data is kept according to the retention periods above. - **Analytics and advertising data:** kept according to the retention settings of Google and Meta, generally up to 26 months. ## 7\. Cookies and tracking We use cookies and similar technologies to ensure the service works, to measure traffic and to improve our advertising.
